We spend over 90,000 hours at work across our lifetime – if you’re not fulfilled at work that’s a huge part of your life wasted.

What people say about working with Lynsey
“- I appointed Lynsey to help me find my much loved “mojo” that seemed to have disappeared without a trace. The reality, during this difficult 2020, was that my productivity and self belief was as elusive as toilet roll at the start of the pandemic. I had started a new job 3 weeks before a lockdown and trying to work my way through 3 different levels of study. Lynsey helped me to reframe my thought process, tackle milestones with care, find my why, courage and self belief. Lynsey was able to keep me on track and move me forwards towards my goals and identify every single obstacle that was holding me back. Most of which was my own self doubt. In the time we worked together I’ve found a new found confidence in my work, I have passed a Level 2 fitness instructor course , L3 PT instructor exam and now completed my Nutrition Diploma dissertation. I honestly would have given up if I hadn’t invested in Lynsey’s help. The tools she has given me have been transferable in other aspects of my life. Anything is possible if you apply yourself. Thank you Lynsey.”
Jo Jones, Client Relationship Manager
“The sessions were really valuable in helping me to step into a new role with broader responsibility following 6 months out of work due to redundancy. The coaching really helped me to take a step back, identify and be more confident in the skills that I did possess and provided the focus I needed to enact them.. “
“Lynsey and I worked together at National Grid on the Colleague NPS programme. I immediately discovered a like-minded soul, with the energy and tenacity to bring a team along with her – an early adopter who helps others over the line. Lynsey radiates passion for change which compliments her technical knowledge to drive results. She’s an influencer who can challenge at Executive level, and a key ambassador for creating stronger links between internal and external customer service. Lynsey is a positive force in any team, and I’d happily recommend her as advisor or partner in programmes that require focus and expertise in culture and capability”
Rosie Routledge CX professional
“Lynsey is someone who just gets customer experience, it is in her DNA. That she understands property and real estate is a unique bonus. What I love most about the way Lynsey works is how she owns what she does and how she does it. That takes strength of character particularly as improving customer experience often starts with changing employee culture and management mindset. I look forward to watching her grow her business with interest. “
Marion Ellis FRICS CCXP – The Surveyor Hub/Bluebox Partners/Women in Surveying
“Lynsey was a helpful human to me in a large corporate world. Her coaching style supported me as an individual helping me to design our Service Line Customer Strategy, aligned to the business vision and goals. Lynsey’s subsequent encouragement to apply my interpersonal skills to build on current and new relationships with our internal stakeholders and colleagues improved the customer experience. I could then share this approach with my team for adoption to enable them to undertake their own creative problem solving and leadership on the solution. Thank you Lynsey for your support developing our process and service and helping me to drive our team performance with a new approach! Sally Nulty”

“Lynsey provided very professional yet friendly facilitation at a meeting of the Global Outbreak Alert & Response Network Research leads. 25 colleagues came together from all over the world to reflect on their outbreak experience and strategise on the priorities for GOARN Research going forward. Lynsey was well received and I could not have achieved as much as we did that day without her expert input. So much so, one of the team have asked her to facilitate at a meeting they are hosting!”
Dr. Gail Carson – Director ISARIC part of World Health Org
“Lynsey’s help was pivotal in preparing the meeting and working towards focused output. She was highly professional but the human touch really assisted making the meeting a success. I could warmly recommend her work for anyone who organises complex multi stakeholder meetings and is looking for facilitation into making the meeting outcomes clear.”
Amrish Baidjoe – Research advisor & Honorary Assistant Professor at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
“Lynsey was an integral part of my leadership team, always coaching and helping us think about things differently; She also was a great leader of her team, helping them through continued periods of change and ambiguity to consistently deliver great results. Lynsey is able to combine commercial realities with communication and customer/employee needs to ensure that any change or programme is successful.”
Alastair Collier – Head of Strategy, Business Services, NG
“I recently had a number of coaching sessions with Lynsey and found her to be extremely helpful in supporting me to break down the confidence barriers that were holding me back. Lynsey is great at listening to your overall goals and the obstacles you are facing and helping you to identify how you can overcome them. I recommend Lynsey if you are looking for an empathetic coach who cares about guiding you to achieve your ambitions”

Clarity, Confidence & Change Package
Kickstart your career package – intensive six weeks
Will coaching be of benefit to me?
Coaching can help anyone who has a gap between where they are now and where they would like to be in the future. Coaching empowers you, the individual, to identify the right goals, create effective plans and achieve success. Coaching looks forward whilst helping raise awareness of your driving values and beliefs. Coaching does not give you advice or therapy but a chance to take ownership of creating the life that you want.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching packages vary dependant on the number of sessions a client would like to book. Packages can be tailored for individual needs and budgets. Please contact us for more information.
How does coaching take place and how often?
Usually a minimum of five coaching sessions is recommended to see the full impact that coaching can bring. Bespoke programmes can be agreed as required. Coaching is most effective fortnightly or monthly for the first five sessions.
What is facilitation?
The role of a facilitator is to be an independent resource to help people achieve their desired outcomes from meetings, workshops and events. The facilitator works with the sponsor/organiser of the meeting to help set the agenda, pre-work, environment and format. The facilitator helps to run the meeting bringing tools and techniques to help get the best out of attendees to achieve the meeting goals.
How much does facilitation cost?
As every meeting, workshop and event is different a bespoke package will be created. Discounted rates are available for community and charity groups.
How do I get started?
Please get in touch for an initial free 30 minute consultation to learn more about which coaching or facilitation package is right for you.
