Lynsey has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and management roles working across property and shared services functions in the utilities, real estate, and infrastructure industries.
She has a broad range of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and senior leader including property strategy, contract management, strategic communications, and transformational change.
- Developed and implemented frameworks for working with complex stakeholder relationships to enable brownfield land to be developed for beneficial community uses.
- Designed and delivered a customer and employee engagement transformation plan to create improved service experience for 6000 employees.
- Worked with a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement consultancy to grow their Midlands business on some of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure and real estate projects.
Lynsey has a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Oxford Uni, Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, is an Accredited DISC personality tool provider and is a APMG Change Practitioner. Lynsey is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Lynsey works as an associate with Right Management (coaching & outplacement support) and Inspired Partners (Change Management support).
Lynsey is also affiliated with Solihull Well Being Clinic and provides face to face coaching and workshops from their welcoming facilities in the Midlands.

Will coaching be of benefit to me?
Coaching can help anyone who has a gap between where they are now and where they would like to be in the future. Coaching empowers you, the individual, to identify the right goals, create effective plans and achieve success. Coaching looks forward whilst helping raise awareness of your driving values and beliefs. Coaching does not give you advice or therapy but a chance to take ownership of creating the life that you want.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching packages vary dependant on the number of sessions a client would like to book. Packages can be tailored for individual needs and budgets. Please contact us for more information.
How does coaching take place and how often?
Usually a minimum of five coaching sessions is recommended to see the full impact that coaching can bring. Bespoke programmes can be agreed as required. Coaching is most effective fortnightly or monthly for the first five sessions.
What is facilitation?
The role of a facilitator is to be an independent resource to help people achieve their desired outcomes from meetings, workshops and events. The facilitator works with the sponsor/organiser of the meeting to help set the agenda, pre-work, environment and format. The facilitator helps to run the meeting bringing tools and techniques to help get the best out of attendees to achieve the meeting goals.
How much does facilitation cost?
As every meeting, workshop and event is different a bespoke package will be created. Discounted rates are available for community and charity groups.
